We were able to get a hold of these seasonal winter snacks from a 100-year-old snack shop. These traditional kintuba are made with sweet red bean paste and then topped with either a matcha green tea or sakura cherry blossom warabi jelly. The warabi jelly is made in northern Hokkaido while the green tea and sakura blossoms are from Kyoto. Enjoy it with a nice hot cup of tea!
