New ZealandI just received my first box and I must say I'm very pleased. Since we can't travel in this pandemic, I decided to indulge in this premium snack box as a way to enjoy one of my favorite destinations, Japan. Everything about this box is an experience: from the beautiful Furoshiki wrapping to the Hokusai art box to the selection of snacks. The little card explaining each snack made the experience even better. Can't wait for next month's box!
United StatesI order only when the boxes contain items I'm interested in so I ordered the Sep. 2021 box and it did not disappoint. Yuzu and matcha green tea: I enjoyed the candied yuzu peels and matcha rolls very much. Wish the box was bigger (contains around 2 of each item but I have a family of 3) and the store sold some of the items in the boxes
United StatesThis company is excellent from the descriptions plus photos on their website, to the high quality packaging of the delivered snacks. When I emailed the company, it was answered quickly, politely, very thorough. I had the box delivered to my son in law who had lived in Japan. He was so pleasantly surprised, loved receiving some of the snacks that he had loved when he lived in Japan plus some that he had wanted to try without being able to try before returning to the USA. He was very happy with the beautiful packaging, the nostalgia of flavors he had enjoyed plus the new ones. He really loved his birthday gift which made me very happy as I love him as the man who is a very good husband to my daughter as well as a very good father to their baby daughter. Thank you very much for this wonderful service your company provides.
